Exhibitor Info
General
As part of the Charlie’s Brands family, our exhibitors can always expect the very best from us—and we expect the same in return. We believe that great events are built on a foundation of trust, respect, and encouragement. Together, we create an environment where exhibitors and guests alike can thrive and enjoy a positive, memorable experience.
Customer Service
We hold our exhibitors to the highest standards of customer service excellence. Every guest interaction should be welcoming, friendly, and professional. A smile, a kind word, and a helpful attitude go a long way in creating the kind of experience Charlie’s Comic Con is known for.
Table Rental
To join the fun as an exhibitor, you’ll need to rent a table space to showcase and sell your merchandise. Each table space is 6 feet and includes two chairs, Wi-Fi access, and electricity. Tables must remain in their assigned locations unless instructed otherwise by a member of the Charlie’s Comic Con team. This helps us maintain a safe and organized show floor for everyone.
Refunds
We encourage exhibitors to practice honesty and integrity in every transaction. If a customer requests a refund, please handle the situation sincerely—apologize, process the refund in full, and ensure the customer leaves with a positive impression of both your business and the convention.
Setup & Breakdown
Early setup begins at 6:00 AM for exhibitors. All tables must be fully set up and ready by 9:00 AM for VIP Early Access, with doors officially opening to the public at 10:00 AM. Tables should be attended by an adult at all times during event hours. Breakdown begins at 5:00 PM sharp, and not before. Early breakdowns are not permitted to ensure the best experience for attendees until closing time.
Reporting Theft
We take theft prevention very seriously and encourage all exhibitors to stay alert and aware of their surroundings. If you experience or witness theft, immediately contact Charlie or a representative of Charlie’s Comic Con. You should also notify local authorities and file a police report as soon as possible.
Counterfit Bills
To keep transactions honest and secure, we ask all exhibitors to inspect all large bills using a counterfeit detection marker and verify security features before accepting them. If you suspect or receive a counterfeit bill, remain calm, apologize, and ask the customer for another form of payment. Then, notify a member of the Charlie’s Comic Con team and contact local authorities to report the incident.
Emergency Situations
We ask that you stay alert and report any emergency situation to a 911 disbatcher. Immediatley alert a Charlie's Comic Con team member and remain calm.
